My new Korean food go-to place in Irvine!
Pretty decent food and GREAT, GREAT service, unlike many other typical Korea restaurants.
Because it is a new restaurant, I wanted to try several menu items, and ordered a lot of food, perhaps too much, haha, ended up taking the leftovers home.
Gal-bi-tang Jung-sik was very reasonably priced; Galbi-jjim was okay, a little too sweet for me without deep flavors, but the Galbi-tang(soup) was a bomb! One of the best Galbi-tang I've had!!! Also their Yul-mu kimchi is to die for! Yes, one of the best EVER, including the ones I've tried in Korea! Potato pancake was just okay, fried shrimps / squid were good enough, nothing special. Jjol-myun was not spicy at all for me, hence so-so. Kim-bob was above average. I told you I ordered a lot, Lollll. Overall, just for Gal-bi-tang and yul-mu kimchi alone, it is WORTH going to this restaurant.

The Short Rib Soup is absolutely divine! You cannot find such a splendid, high-quality golden bowl of soup even if you travel to Koreatown or fly to Korea itself! The service is fast and efficient. The super nice chef personally delivers the perfectly seasoned soup, leaving the consumer to deliciously enjoy.

Very good authentic Korean cuisine. Happy to have a new spot near by. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Good, comforting Korean food at a reasonable price. Some of their meat dishes are on the sweeter side. The #1 is a pretty good deal, and the soup is light and not too salty. I really like their chili sauce in the red bucket. It's not too spicy, but very flavorful.
