Mendocino Farms

This review applies to Mendocino farms location at University town center. The place is clean and spacious with some games to play while you wait for the good. There service is quick and courteous. Drinking water is served through a stainless steel container (naturally BPA free). The water cups are disposable plastic cups. Being a vegan I was happy that the menu had 4 items (two sandwiches, one wrap and one bowl) to choose. I had a tempeh sandwich, what was served on a toasted ciabatta bread. It was tasty and filling. They also server the much coveted impossible burger (as a sandwich and also as a bowl). I felt that the items were a little pricy as there were no sides offered with the sandwiches. Freshness and quality of the food is no miss as I noticed since I visited both locations within a week. Service with enthusiasm. Modern and chill ambiance. I love everything about this place. Will definitely be back.

This is one of my new favorite 'not-quite-fast-food' restaurants (see also Luna Grill, Urban Plates, etc.). The steak sandwich was phenomenal, just be aware some items don't come with any sides, so if you're really hungry, prepare to spend a little more. Good $10 price range.
