Food was delicious, Stir Fried Beef noodles and the beef tendon Soup were amazing. Came out in a timely manner and friendly/hard working staff. Only 4 stars because of limited menu as of now, and they are still figuring things out. Its a must try!

The spicy meat and noodle dish was great but make sure you add the house spicy sauce to it for even better flavour.
Dumplings were pretty good but I really liked the steamed pork balls. I forget the actual name but they were delicious flavour.
    Will definitely go back.

I really want this place to succeed as there aren't many nearby Taiwanese options south of Irvine near Lake Forest and Mission Viejo. The service, the atmosphere, cleanliness are all good, but the food could have been better. The more palatable items were the fried tofu and the braised beef noodles, but the house special noodles and the scallion pancakes were not really liked. Overall, I'll give it 4 stars because at least the pricing was reasonable.

Pretty excited to try this new noodle place in Lake forest! We need more authentic Chinese food in this area!!

During the rainy day, it’s pretty empty. But the restaurant has decent amount of seats and cute decor.
They also have an open kitchen, that’s bold!

We ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and the tomato beef noodle soup. The tomato beef noodle soup is really yummy with a good amount of sourness. The noodle is really soft and absorbing the soup flavor. However, the beef is a little bit too hard to chew and flavorless.

We also got the sour spicy potato salad. It’s pretty tasty!! I recommend it.

Along with the salad we got the pork katsu comes in a really cute container. Again, the meat was overcooked and hard to chew.

Overall, meat is the priority for my rating on food. So ill have to give it three stars for this visit.

They definitely have chance to improve it and I’ll give it another shot in the future!

Decent! The beef noodle soup was the best to me. The fried rice was good, some parts seemed gummy but overall flavor was great. The scallion pancake was nice and flaky. The only thing I probably wouldn't order again was the dumplings. While they were juicy, they were a little salty. The place was nice and clean and service was great.
