This breakfast place is egg-celent!! (Ha!) The moment we arrived the host greeted us enthusiastically! I love that! We waited about 30-40 mins and got some groceries done ( Trader Joe’s is next to it), then we got a txt that our table was ready and we were quickly seated. Our drinks came super quick and our food service was impressive! We didn’t wait for our food that long! We loved it! Now lets talk coffee (coffee is important to me) : I got a Cocky 21 which is their cold bre with COFFEE ICE CUBES! It’s been the best coffee I’ve had in a while! My sister got their CAFE DE OLLA which is a coffee simmmered in cinnamon and piloncillo (sugar cane) and OMG it was smooth and full off flavor. The smell was incredible I just had to taste it and I’m definitely getting that one on our next

Beer and b-fast might sound off for some, but it seems to work for the Breakfast Republic. Not to say that bear is all over the menu, it is simply an option especially the Moscow Mule, which is vodka, lime juice and ginger beer. With $12 copper cup, if you wish. I ordered the benedict with pesto sauce and the $2 added chicken sausage. Which was great except for the potato being little old. My wife ordered the breakfast Tostada which also was good. My salted Carmel latte was good. Ticket was $42 with tip

Cute place with great food and service. Germain, our server had a great personality and provided excellent service. Chai latte was the best! Loved my veggie scramble with the upgraded potatoes. The vegan burrito was also really good according to my husband. Overall a great experience start to finish. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Great breakfast spot in a city that clearly lacks in great breakfast options. The eclectic decor and plentiful menu are wonderful. They offer your typical breakfast offerings with a twist send great variety. Everything is well presented. No wonder there is always a line out the door! Getting in can take some time, so plan ahead and get there earlier than you would like to eat. It's definitely worth the wait! There's even a full bar! I can't wait to come back!

My first time trying out this place. Ordered the house Specialty coffee and it's so good! The freshly squeezed orange juice are good too! Ordered the flights of pancake with pineapple upside down, lemon coconut and strawberry cheesecake. Love the pineapple upside down the most. Ordered the Scrambled egg with sausage comes with house potatoes and it's delicious. The potatoes are flavorful that you don't even need ketchup. The sausage and egg are perfect. Their homemade ketchup has a taste of BBQ which is good and tangy. Will definitely visit again and try out others on the menu.
