The spot is wonderful and roomy, the food was enchanting and the prices were very fair. quickly, productive service and very attentive staff members. I highly recommend this place.

I go to this lovely place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I go there frequently. The meals are very good, the workers are polite and the prices are good. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant to have a rich meal.

This is a new restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum. This is a Brazilian style steakhouse where they bring freshly grilled meats to your table and serve each person. There is a table marker for each person that you turn to the green side to be served or to the red side to pause or stop service. We had a party of eight at a round table. The atmosphere was very nice and subdued. It would suit a large party or a romantic dinner date. The staff was great and very attentive. The meats are served medium rare to well so you may want to ask for the rarest section when the carvers come by. You may ask for cuts prepare more rare if you are so inclined. Everything was delicious, but for my tastes, I liked the fillet and top sirloin bottom served on the rarer side. The chicken was surprisingly tasty and done well, not over done. Some cuts of meat were well done which does did not suit my pallet, so I placed it to the side to make room for the rarer portions. They have a nice selection of wines and spirits. The serving of cognac, served neat, was generous. They accommodate people who only want to graze at the salad bar, only want one type of meat or want all they have to offer. Remember to come hungry and enjoy the experience.

We reserved a table for Friday lunch at 11:30 and the place is already bustling with clients. The check in was a breeze and the staff are accommodating. We wanted the all-in experience for $39.35 per person and it was worth it.

At the table you will find red/green drink coaster. Flip it to green side and it signals them that you want the meat served. It's a different experience how they carve the meat in front of you to taste and savor. You can have as many meat as you want. But I tell you, after an hour there is just so much meat you can take.

The salad bar is pretty good too. Try the apple salad.

Celebrated my birthday early the other day with the car enthusiasts family.
