They have the best Korean food I have ever had!!! Their jjamppong, jjajangmyun, tangsuyuk, and fried dumplings were authentic and delicious!!!

A nice new Korean noodle spot in Irvine, Kyodong Noodle. The portions of jjajangmyun and tangsuyuk combo was really generous. The Jjajangmyun was awesome, noodle texture was perfect, not overly chewy and didn’t just melt. The tangsuyuk was a bit too sweet for me (nothing a little sriracha couldn’t fix. I’m definitely going back to try the Ulppong and Jjamppong.

I ordered takeout jjajangmyun and tangsuyuk through DoorDash. It was all well packaged, with the noodles separate from the sauce and the tangsuyuk box slightly opened to prevent it from getting soggy. Overall, I was impressed by the chewiness and thickness of the noodles. The jjajangmyun sauce was tasty, although I wish there had been a little bit more. The tangsuyuk tasted fine, but it was a little tougher than I would’ve liked. Overall a solid pick with hefty portions! Would definitely order here again. They also have lots of jjajangmyun types to choose from, so I’m looking forward to trying them all out!

Best jjajjangmyun in Irvine, or maybe even OC!

Noodles have excellent texture and the flavor is pretty consistent with what I've had in Korea.

Fried dumplings were also delicious. Their portions are very generous so I didn't get to try their tangsuyuk, but I'll definitely be going back.

I'm happy to write the first Google Map review for this place.

They have authentic kyodong jjambbong. What makes kyodong jjambbonh different would be grilled veggies and corresponding burnt flavor with spicy oils.

Jjambbong tastes totally different, while jjajang noodle is okay-level. For Koreans in Irvine, a major competitor of this place would be Chai Lan, but for now I think kyodong has an edge for its price (combo deal is very reasonable) and jjambbong's authenticness.

I'll need to try other menus, but at least for now, it's the most attractive korean-chinese dining in irvine. Hope they maintain current quality long.

Also, I think they need to separate receiving station and returning station.

I'm glad to have another good korean dining in town.
