Food is pretty good. Gave it 3 stars because of the bathroom. It's a higher end type of restaurant so the bathroom shouldn't smell like a fast food restaurants bathroom.
Wanted to live this place but found it to be ok in the end. Seems to have a bit of an identity issue in that its part steakhouse and part Korean BBQ? Would prob be better if they just embrace one or the other but that's just me. Food looked good but taste didn't match up for me. More sear and seasoning required on the scallops given their size. Was only there for lunch so didn't have the appetite for steak but the scallops were listed as a specialty of theirs. Still fairly new so fingers crossed they find their groove
We tried the Korean bbq. They use charcoal heating, and that gives a bit of that extra burned flavor (in a good way!) to it. Service was great. We are definitely coming back to try their steak and pasta menu!
Only improvement suggestion is it would be nice if they have more options for wine by the glass! 😁
Went for Christmad lunch with a group of 6!! We called on thr way and they were able to accommodate us right away. The dishes were well presented (we all shared pasta, salad and some steak). Looking forward to come back for dinner for date night with some wine 🍷
We were excited to try this new steakhouse in Irvine. Decor inside is nice, but the smell from the attached Korean BBQ part of the restaurant is noticeable when you walk in. Our waitress, Ashley, was very nice & provided good service. My husband enjoyed their French onion soup, though it was a very small portion, less than 1 cup. We shared a porterhouse steak for two which was perfectly cooked for us at medium rare, but needed more salt or seasoning. We had asparagus & baked potato as sides, which were both good though the server warned us it was not going to be a traditional baked potato; it came out as roasted new potatoes, about 1 cup worth but they were tasty. They have only been open 2 weeks, so maybe with a few tweaks it will be even better.
