Roll-em-up Taquitos

Not bad, but not great. Food was good but I couldn’t tell the protein options apart. They all tasted very similar. Horchata was milky and tasty.

Got the 3 pack for $13 - tried the potato, chicken, and beef. Honestly, more than I expected. Great flavor throughout, from the topping to the meat inside and held up well when taking it to go. Would definitely suggest if you want something quick and unique for Spectrum.

Maybe if I had opted for corn instead of flour they wouldn’t have been soggy. I needed a fork and knife to eat these taquitos. I dined in and this is the container they are served in. Hard to cut in it :/
Out of the 3 combo I ordered, beef was better. Didn’t care for the chicken or potato.

There seemed to be plenty of seating and the service was good.
Given this place had a 4.8 star review, I was expecting the food to be really tasty but I found it average. The price of each taquito ends up being around $3.50 which seems a little excessive given what it is. I was still plenty hungry after eating an order of 3 tequitos (ground beef, shredded beef, and potato) and a churro donut.
Would still recommend trying it if you're curious.

First time here at the Irvine Spectrum location. The line moved quickly and we were able to easily find a seat a little before the dinner time rush on the weekend. I got the 3 taquitos chicken with flour tortillas and mild sauce and all toppings. Loved it and perfectly filling with a few chips on the side. I think I want to try the churro donut the next time I come.
