This was my first fluffy pancake experience! It was amazing and the tea was very pleasant. Tan-cha is clean and modern looking with a friendly and efficient staff
quiet and comfortable place to have delicious Asian style foam tea house, also has coffee motcha drink.
Always on the lookout for great boba places, I ran into this boba shop after a feast at the Korean BBQ House close to it. The Cocoa with cheese foam and oreo, despite what the odd combination might suggest, is actually pretty amazing! The fluffly pancakes are made right in front of you and it's a total treat to watch them work on them. The place is tidy, organized and busy, and the employees are courteous and kind.
Top 1 with Boba is great. A bit on the sweet side though even with half sugar. Drink was good but after the drink I got a bad stomach ache and had the runs as well. Was surprised because drink was quite good. I hope they have a high end Water filtration system in place because Irvine uses recycled water ????
Drinks are in the very sweet side. Personally I don’t like their creme brûlée foam - gave me a stomach ache at one of their other locations and it’s really sweet, not worth hype.
The passion fruit refresher drink I got was 50% sweet and it was still sweet, but just right. There’s a fizzy feeling like it’s somewhat carbonated.
The red jade milk tea with caramel boba. The boba was lightly sweet, but not as bland as normal boba nor sweet as honey boba. It has good chew texture. As for the milk tea, it’s a bit above average - decent mixture between the creaminess and the tea. Got it 70% sweet.
