These guys are sweet, and their flowers are beautiful, and their prices are reasonable. You can make your own bouquets - based on your taste and budget - or you can ask them to help. Plus, the vibe is really comfortable, the lighting is right, and everyone is adorable.

We had a great meal here. The service was excellent and if we had any questions, they found an answer. The place was clean and it's clear the employees take pride in their work. My hat's off to the management, they are obviously treating employees right; everyone was so happy to be there. You wouldn't think details like that play a role in grabbing a bite, but they do. Well done!

We love project pie! Our kids are adventurous with the toppings they choose. We all really enjoy it. Fast, good service, good beers on tap as well. Their club you can opt into also often sends great deals.

Super cool spot for lunch hidden away in a large shopping center corner in Ladera Ranch. The make your own pizza restaurant prices are a great bargain at 8.99 for a pizza. The menu items of pre built pizzas sound super delicious too. I ordered a number 9, which contains ham, bacon, red sauce, pineapple and cilantro. My pizza was very good and contained a good amount of toppings. The place is nice and clean. A must visit for lunch or dinner.
