Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fill-a is certainly good with the food.. But the service not so much. It's happened several times that what we get isn't what we ordered. No harm was done but they should be careful about it.. In general it's fine👍 But they should watch the teenagers and their language.

Ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. My son enjoyed each one! Came out to $10.75 with tax.

At the Ladera Ranch location I saw a manager rush out of the restaurant and run through the parking lot after a pick-up truck. I initially thought maybe it was over a dine and ditch. The manager handed over a bag the drive through counter failed to give the diner. Talk about someone who likes their job and takes pride in his work. Well done!

Normally I’m not inclined to leave a review at a Chick-fil-A, however I noticed the low reviews and felt compelled to. I had a great experience dining in at this location- honestly one of the best experiences from a customer service standpoint.

Our family’s go to chick fil a. They are kind, generous, and the food actually tastes fresh. I know they were originally having a hard time with staff and keeping up with orders when they first opened (hence some negative reviews), but they have since hired more people and I have notice they have improved. The food quality has always been amazing but now that they are not spread so thin. Love this place.
