    I was contacted back on my regarding my order from Jersey Mike's in Ladera. They made everything right and I will be picking up my order tomorrow. Now that is Excellent Customer Service 👏👏👏

    Ordered online for tomorrow Sunday. Realized it was scheduled for pick up today in 40 minutes. Tried calling the location.. rang for ever then went to a busy signal. Tried calling back for 30 minutes but each time went directly to busy.

    Such bad customer service. I did not pick up my order. Will contact corporate to see if I can get a refund on my order.

    Great first experience with the Ladera Ranch Jersey Mikes! The staff went out of their way to fill our order, even though they had just closed. Great food and service. Thank you!
