Watermarc

I liked the atmosphere and the staff was polite and attended to us regularly. Our table ordered a bunch of different dishes to try a bit of everything. The paella was unfortunately not up to par, the scallops however were fantastic, their desserts were also a hit. Even though we were a group the vibe is kinda intimate. I'd bring a date here.

A great little Bistro. Had the butternut squash bisque on a chilly day and it was super delicious and warming. Followed that by splitting a tuna sandwich. It was high quality on a ciobatta roll. Yummy and filling. We sat at a table by the window to take in the sights of beautiful Laguna Beach. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend the Watermarc in Laguna Beach.

Such a lovely restaurant! We went here for our anniversary dinner. Very accommodating when we wanted to switch tables so that we could sit next to each other, as opposed to across from each other. Found a great bartender who's a collector of spirits, and he let us question him on different bottles. Also found a new whiskey blend to add to our bar. Vegetarian options available. Roasted Heirloom Cauliflower and the Vegetable Paella were fantastic. Filet 3 Ways was outstanding. Next time we're trying the octopus, as it's highly recommended. Food was delicious and great quality. Would definitely recommend.

The lamb shops are amazing! I keep coming back for those. Octopus is also a great starter. Main specials are also generally pretty good, as well as steak and short rib. Good selection of wines and great service makes this a must place to visit in Laguna!
