    Roux is our favorite place. They remember us and give us the table we like. The chef comes by and visits and we talk about the food which is fun. And oh, the food. Creole in all its buttery, floury, creamy glory. It's called Roux for a reason my friends.

    So please don't come here if you are on a diet and say you can't find anything on the menu and write a bad review. It's not that kind of place. It is a gourmet comfort food kind of place where flavor trumps healthy and a franco-southern romantic ambience trumps pretense. It's just heaven.

    My family and I discovered Roux last year by using Google app for Creole Cuisine restaurants near me. This hidden gem blew our minds. We have been coming back every since. The managers, waiters, and chef are outstanding. We love this place. Must call for reservations, because it's always filled. Their signature Buttermilk Pie dessert is about and beyond delicious. I will recommend to all.

    Made reservations for a group of 25. Michael put together an extraordinary menu. Literally every single person in our party said it was one of the best dinners they've eaten. Highly recommend the catfish and buttermilk pie! Thank you for a night to remember.
