Rebel Omakase

An absolute must try for an amazing omakase menu. Service and quality of food is better then some Michelin star restaurants. The chef/owner and staff are so passionate and dedicated to their art. I could not find a single course that was not perfection. The pairing of each quality ingredient was spot on and creative. If I could give 10 stars I would. And they have ice cold draft Suntory beer ;)

we finally got our reservation, the place is small and serve few people at a time so chef can give you full attention.
we felt like we had our private chef
we try new fish and dishes that had no idea existed
presentation and quality was great.
customer service was awesome, the waiter took her time to explain each dish.

10 out of 10 experience ! One of the best 5 star Japanese ! Came for our anniversary. World class!! You need to make reservations in advance, owner only serves a few customers a night. Worth every penny.

Simply delicious. I’ve not had sushi this tasty in a long time. Highly recommend. It’s not a big role sushi, it’s delicious fish just done right.

We also went back for the Omakase which was sublime. It’s not cheap but it’s a great value.

Really wanted to love, but not worth the Omakase price. They are very kind and are really trying. But value, fish quality and service are a bit lacking for the $$$ price. Hope they can improve and pull through. Paid $400 Omakase + drinks, for a date night.
