Sambuca Bistro

I have been several times to this restaurant. I love their pasta. Calamari are super good as well. Very close to the taste of the ones in good restaurants in Italy. You can see the cook preparing your dishes. Tiny restaurant. Good ambiance. I do recommend.

This was absolutely the finest dinner experience I've had in months! The calamari appetizer was delicious! And our entrees were just fantastic. Dave, the owner, and I talked as he was cooking, and he was so incredibly friendly and kind. Elana, our waitress, was outstanding and treated us like close friends or even like family member! It was an extraordinary time. And then, when they found out I was one of the 40,000 folks that lost our city of Paradise in November, they gave us the delicious chocolate cake and Tiramasu we ordered for dessert as a gift! I'm still marveling at their kindness, generosity and absolutely delicious food! I wish I could recommended them more than 5 stars but I hope this will suffice. Go! Enjoy! And have an absolutely wonderful time at a place you will call "home"! My daughter has gone many times and said their quality never wavers either. The prices are almost too low for such a treat! This is a perfect place for phenomenal food at an unbelievably low price, and the atmosphere is a hoot! Noisy, but like being at home with the family. You are going to be glad you went!

Pick anything off their menu and you will be amazed. This is my wife’s and my favorite spot for Italian food. Great authentic ambience and atmosphere. The food is out of this world!

We met friends here for dinner. The atmosphere is very authentic italian and cozy. The food is well priced and the portions large. Seafood pasta dishes were excellent; the calamari very tender.
