I am so thoroughly impressed with Michael’s customer service (he is the owner of this franchise). We met when we were both having “one of those days”, but despite the chaotic situation, the food quality was never lacking and I am regretful that I chose to overlook the impact of our current pandemic in terms of complaining about my wait time. I am humbled by how well he handled my negative attitude and cannot wait to come back! The food here is amazing which explains the demand. We all need to have a bit more patience given the delivery and takeout demand putting our essential workers on overdrive. Thanks again, Mike. I do apologize and hope we meet again with smiles soon!

Love Jersey Mike's, however this place goes ABOVE and BEYOND. The staff and the owner really care about quality sandwiches and quality service. I ordered catering and the order was perfect and the sandwiches were a HIT! With roast beef, turkey, and vegetarian with avocado there was something for everyone. During lunch, it was so quiet (even the kids) because everyone was devouring the sandwiches! Love how they give plenty of jalapenos and pickles on the side. This will be my Go-To Jersey Mike's from now on.

I’m so excited about this new location and they’re so efficient and friendly!! The store is clean and the location is perfect right off Crown Valley and Greenfield near the 73! We will definitely go there regularly!!
