Starbucks

This is a busy Starbucks. The drive thru line is always 8 or 9 cars deep. Which I get for the 4 or 5 days a year when the weather is bad. In less time than it took for the last car in line to get to the order kiosk we parked in front of the store, entered our order in the app, picked up our order inside (a bunch of friendly people working inside), returned to our car and left!

I would like to share an experience that I had at this Starbucks today. I accidentally ordered my Drink and Food at the Starbucks near my house and I did what I would do if it happened at any other Starbucks. I work across the street and I walked over and showed them my receipt. Told them I accidentally ordered at the wrong place. After they made my drink and food Abby asked to see my receipt again after I already showed it before they made my order. I thought that was strange. Then before she hands me my food she states that she was told by someone that this has happened to me several times and if it happens again she will not be able to honor my order. She said it like I purposely placed my order at the wrong store. I work across the street so sure this has happened in the past but not anytime since the pandemic. I went online to see what it says on Starbucks website and they are suppose to make your order if you order at the wrong store. That was not only embarrassing but also terrible costumer service. I will not order from here again! I will contact Starbucks costumer service like they state on the website and tell them how I was treated, because if they don't honor your order you can contact customer service and make a complaint.

A pretty common Starbucks. The staff seemed very friendly. It was very clean inside. Parking wasn't too bad. The layout is the same as every other Starbucks. Nothing to complain about at all.

This is kind of the only location that gets my order right and that doesn't exactly make sense to me since I have a fairly simple order. ? Anyway, thank you, baristas. ?
