Yoshiharu Ramen

My wife and I were stationed in Okinawa, Jp for three years so finding a good Ramen spot here in California is hard. This place is amazing and just reminded us the taste of Japan, super delicious and the staff there is amazing. arigatōgozaimasu

The ramen here is quite good. I thought the spicy tonkatsu black was one of the better ramens I've had. Why three stars then? Maybe it's because this place is new or maybe it's just the location but the atmosphere here just isn't it. It's loud and clashes with the music. There's just something off about the vibe here. I'd be open to trying another one of their locations though.

Very busy at 6:00pm, but only one server for the entire place (10 tables)! It feels like it should be an order and seat yourself place instead of full service. We enjoyed the tonkotsu miso ramen, but the spicy black ramen was spicier than we prefer. I hope they figure it out so we can return sometime.

Chicken karaage is spicy and tasty .i love tonkotsu shoyu ramen. Brothy and all extra that comes with.

New Ramen place in Laguna Niguel. Opened 2/21/24. Food was really good. Staff was helpful and engaged. Location is small, but not atypical for a small ramen house. Roughly 12 tables. Two clean, all gender, bathrooms. Location is somewhat tucked back in the center. It's directly back from Trader Joes. Let's give them a fighting chance. Try it out.

I had the St. Louis Pork Rib Spicy Ramen. Good.
