Starbucks

It's a clean place, not too busy, the only bad thing is that there are no bathrooms

Masks required, as in all locations. Still, polite and prompt service, and they were even polite about asking for a face covering. They did not, however, allow my two-year-old to use the restroom. The fast-casual restaurant next door, however, did allow it no problem. Note to Starbucks: bathrooms can be perfectly safe with the right protocols from staff. Train the staff and keep 'em open! Otherwise, still great coffee and the most innovative coffee drinks this side of the universe.

I have frequented studying or working at a Starbucks for probably 15 years. My best friend was also a manager of a Starbucks, so I have rather high standards of the drinks, service, etc. I went here 2x during a weekend for a conference and was happy that my drinks were 1. made well and 2. made on time.

If you are staying at the Laguna Hills Lodge. I was able to Mobile Order from my room and immediately walk over and my drinks were ready. They are also very close/on the way to the Memorialcare Saddleback Medical Center, which is a plus.
