(November 24, 2018, 9:18 pm)I've been driving past Joe's Place for nearly 17 years and every time threatening to stop in but I have until now... I'm a big Peppino's fan but living in Foothill Ranch I always go to my local spot never thinking to go to the bar at the lake forest location to have a drink and watch a game, and Joe's Place by far exceeded my expectations. Great family atmosphere and Ambience for watching sports with a full restaurant menu ample seating friendly staff "shout out to Crystal" Who provided over-the-top friendly attentive service. Regular told me Friday happy hour is the best in town. I will definitely be back soon!

(October 15, 2018, 3:40 am)Service at the bar on a Sunday night was so-so and the pesto fettuccine was soaked in oil to the point is was almost soup. Needs to decouple from the Italian joint next door and stick to being a straight-up sports bar.
