Great steak sandwiches. Slow service!

Good just not great

Best philly cheese steak sandwich you can get outside of Philadelphia. This location had some issues in the past with taking phone orders and being kind of slow. It seems lately though the service has improved. Phone orders are always ready when you get there and if you do order at the store service is very fast

5 stars for the 2 employees that worked today at lunch and 0 stars for their employer. I was there earlier and complaining because I had to wait almost 20 minutes and I think they forgot about my order. They apologized and gave me my food and money back. Anyway I felt bad and realized that is not their fault. They were doing their best and they were actually super fast but store was full at lunch break and only 2 employees?! In a store where they make you the food from start to finish? This employer should appreciate these 2 and better hire more people and be grateful his store is full. Anyway I felt bad for them and gave them the money back. I felt bad I was in a rush since I stayed all my lunch break there and I wish I gave them a tip. The sure deserve a raise.
