Firehouse Subs Foothill Ranch Towne Center

They have a various sandwiches and it's delicious. The only thing I noticed it takes long time for the sandwiches to be ready to go or eat there.

I like the food, but I’ve been here easily a dozen times and the food takes forever. If you order online it definitely won’t be ready by the time it says. Also, our orders are wrong about 50% of the time. Just seems they need to figure out some kinks still

Generally I love Firehouse, this location gets crushed by the lunch rush. I ordered and waited for 30 mins. That’s not the reason for 3-stars. The guy making my sub was pretty sloppy and managed to get food on the outside of the sandwich wrapper but what I didn’t notice until later is that he wore the same gloves when he held the bag to hand it to me and I wound up with sauces all over my vehicle seat. This location is near my office but I probably won’t be back.
