Manager please help train new staff members on how to properly texturize milk and also make micro foam.

Hot milk has no texture while properly steamed and foamed milk has several textures.

I'd be happy to train new staff on it.

It is what makes a wonderful start to my day.

A cup of sloppy hot milk without texture and a blob of big airy low density bubbly milk just isn't cutting it. At least show them what bad looks like.

I used to test my baristas before they were allowed to make Customer drinks. If they cannot make micro foam everytime all day every day they shouldn't be a barista at a gourmet coffee shop wrangling $5 for about $.60 of milk and coffee maybe. ?

One of my favorite places to visit... Often, very often. The staff here are amazing. There have only been a few times where I've had an issue with someone accidentally taking my order instead of their own or my drink wasn't ready after placing my mobile order. They have bent over backwards to help me as quickly as possible every time. I always leave with a smile & my favorite coffee perfectly made. ?

A popular watering hole with the human species that aren't functional in the morning...until they get a hot beverage from these ubiquitous shops
