Authentic, delicious, fresh, and just what we needed: a casual Japanese restaurant in our neighborhood that uses premium ingredients and takes pride in the details. I have had take-out three times and have not been disappointed. Their wagyu beef and chicken were tender and seasoned perfectly. The salmon, tuna, and yellowtail sushi bowl was colorful and delicious. The miso black cod and grilled yellowtail cheek were perfect. Even their garnishes and sauces are fresh and homemade—nothing is cheap or artificial. And I get to drink sake or real Mexican Coke or Japanese soda with my favorite bento box?? It doesn’t get better than this in Foothill Ranch! The owner and his wife are lovely, eager to please and since they just opened their menu is still evolving. I can’t wait to try more of Chef Keigo Niori’s creations.

Great new Japanese restaurant in FHR. They replaced the old Sushi Time and I really enjoyed their flavors. Got the Miso Black Cod Bento Box and it was delicious. Very fresh and flavored very well. I love the simplicity of their menu but they prepare and season their dishes so very well. Lots of the flavors are subtle but clean. Love to support them and their business.

Staff were very friendly. I called ahead and then came by for a pick up. The food was ready and was very fresh. I had a curry bowl with chicken and it was very juicy and tender. I would recommend it!
