(March 14, 2019, 7:54 pm)These guys have really stepped up their game. Used to be solidly ok, so-so service, but they notched it up to GREAT food and GOOD service, too. I'm impressed at the turn-around for a quick eats place!
Get the al pastor. Chicken crispy tacos - trust me and ask for a side of the spicy green sauce they keep behind the counter. Their catering is really good, too. And the pickled carrots.... ohhh my heart.
Great job, Jalapeño's! You made my list as a fantastic place to go for quick, yummy lunch. See ya next week. -

(November 12, 2018, 12:34 am)Okay, so I guess it depends on what you get. I thought the Chile Verde burrito was good. I asked them to add rice. The carne asada burritos are okay. Meat tastes okay in terms of seasoning to me. If you don't care for rice you may love it. To me, however, lthese burritos need rice. With just meat and a bunch of beans it tastes mushy and falls apart. Needs texture. If you add rice it is a lot better but they charge for it. :( My advice, if you are hungry for Mexican check them out. The food is decent but be aware of the non-rice factor.
