First off, I haven't noticed one review about the artwork on the walls being upside down. Is there something that I just don't know? The food was pretty good. However, it was like no one was working there but one cook. The lady that ran the register only came around after ringing the bell multiple times. Then my coworkers check was charged for $17,000 and declined by the bank. You can't make this up. Pay attention to the bill people. Luckily it was fixed.
It's not the same as before. My wife and I thought the noodles weren't cooked properly. It's not as soft as before. Maybe because the cook is new. And the bread is now small.
Enjoyed taking our 7 year old son here. We miss Mongolian BBQ as we don’t have it where we live.
The food was fresh and employees were nice and did a good job grilling. The price was a little expensive for our sons plate because he doesn’t eat much.
There were one or two recipe suggestions for how to make a spicy flavor with sauce and oils but as someone who is not a great chef I would have liked to have seen laminated recipe cards for suggestions on what to put with the other sauce and oil options. Like, which meats would the lemon oil have gone well with? I didn’t want to test it to discover I had a plate full of food I didn’t like.
Stuck with the safe option and it was good. We all agree we would like to return on our next visit to the area.
Big Grill Mongolian BBQ has pretty good food, but, as the other reviews have been mentioning, there was no supply of supposed bread, or any other sides, to go with your meal.
As for the venue, it's comforting, but the random skeletal structure that's in your face as you walk in, I'm not exactly feeling..
The host caught us by surprise by randomly approaching our table during our meal, and uttered something about bread under her breath, then walked off, which confused both my husband, and myself.
To add to it, $3, for ONE drink, at a buffet?
Anyone can easily buy a ONE LITER soda for maybe one, or two, dollars.
Overall, the food was okay, but the service really needs to start getting some pep in its step with providing the sides/appetizers they claim to offer, and not startle their customers by randomly approaching their table, just to utter incomprehensible words, before walking off.
