Samurai Sushi

Went here for the dinner for the first time with friends. It was very crowded with only 1 table left and we got it. It is a small restaurant and gets very noisy. Once we ordered, the service was great. The only issue was that they brought the cold sushi to my friends and I waited 10 minutes until they brought me the Viking Roll, since it was cooed. They should have coordinated the orders better so I wasn't waiting and then my friends waiting for me to finish. I plan on going back and working through the menu!

Tried two rolls on my first visit and took advantage of their all day happy hour with drinks. The price is great for the quality you receive. I feel like this is a hidden gem in Mission Viejo, but maybe not that hidden because it was really crowded. The space is small and tables are very close together and the overall atmosphere is very loud. I think it'd be fine if you are dining here with friends and you're not afraid to yell your conversation, but with just my husband and myself we couldn't hear each other at all and that part was a little unpleasant. Will definitely be back, though! Willing to sacrifice the peace for delicious sushi and rolls.

Love this place been coming for 6 yrs. Gina and the rest of the staff are the most friendly bunch you can ever meet. The size of the rolls are insane. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was friendly. The service was prompt. The establishment was clean. The food was good. The price wasn't bad. Definitely would eat here again.

Sorry! We ate it before taking pics. Food was good. Too much rice in rolls and cut rolls were too big! I don't like when I can't fit the piece in my mouth! But it tastes great!!!! Go try it.....
