A nice little pancake house. Nice staff. Good

There are three locations, we tried Mission Viejo, Irvine first but unfortunately the line was long to be outside so We even didn't go checking. We tried another day at Dana point,the line was shorter so we joined and realized need order first. That's why the line was very long. Once you order and pay find a seat, food is served quickly. Good variety of food selections with reasonable price

I come here pretty regularly and generally like the food and the people here. With that I gotta say.
They are killing themselves with the lack of a visual menu, at a stand-up order counter. There are menus for people to use, but the majority of the people wait in line and then start looking at a menu once they get to the front, causing huge wait lines on occasion.
Today the food was fine with the exception of the severely under-done waffle that arrived long before the rest of the meal. Yes I understand it was busier than normal but this began at the door and progressed from there.
Decent breakfast places are few, and I hope a few small adjustments. (Like making sure there’s dressing with the to go salads) will make things smoother. The staff is mostly friendly and pleasant. I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying it out, but this is an amalgamation of several visits and certain consistent things should be mentioned.
