    Well, the food was good, but the service wasn't. I don't think I will go back there... what was the hype about this place??

    Went to lunch during Newport Beach Rest week. Delicious food!!

    A friend recommand this place and also because of the Newport Beach restaurant week. This is a small restaurant combine with the effect of NBRW, this place was also full when it open the door before noon. I can only seat at the sushi bar even with reservation but I actually like to sit at the bar and it was fun. With the NBRW lunch menu we were first served the Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche which was in a tiny two inch cup. Then we got the assorted sushi with soup which was the bomb. The fish on the sushi was so good and melt in my month. One of us had the Sea bass with lobster sauce which was the size of a sushi. Other had the crab cake which had two of it and some salad. The dessert would be a creme brulee. Food was good but I can easily eat two lunch by myself. Service was alright but did not match the price level of the restaurant.

    Great sushi! Everything was fresh. Atmosphere is relaxed but nice. A lot of unique options for sushi choice as well. Lunch special is a pretty good deal.

    Amazing! Loved every dish. Definitely a unique twist on every fish I have had. If you want it neat, just let the waiter know!
