Bosscat Kitchen & Libations

I met my son there for brunch on a rainy day. The place was quite full and a DJ was spinning records so it was loud.
If you need quiet then pick something in the back.
The patio is covered up front and also has heat lamps so Regardless of where you eat I don't think you will be cold.
We had the salmon veggie scramble (yum) and the pork belly tacos with avocado add.
I recommend either one.

Our lunch server Stephanie has great timing. She was always right there when we needed her but otherwise kept a low profile. She heard us talking about a business trip to Houston and kindly remarked that Bosscat now has a location there as well. When asking for salmon on my salad, she explained that it is sushi grade so it is prepared more rare, but asked if I'd like to have it cooked longer. Those are the details that make me want to return for more. Our group of 8 was happy I suggested this place. Can imagine it getting packed at night...

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try Friday night instead of driving home.
Even at 5pm it was already busy. We were able to get a seat at the bar.
Was greeted quickly.
Seams to be a meet up place for the 20~30 something group.
Place can and did get quite noisy at times.
Had a few drinks that were good.
Menu is limited as to a verity, but what we had was good. Lots of pork type dishes so if that's not your thing then this my not be your place.
We might try this again.

Amazing experience at this fine establishment! The wait was suppose to be longer but got seated 10 min later. Leslie touched our table and upper management came by to make us feel like family. Come if you have a sweet tooth. Come here if you want gumbo gravy drizzled all over your country fried chicken. Actually, just come.

Nice atmosphere!!! Alfredo our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave us a tour of bourbon room. The fries were homemade and very good. The brick chicken was to die for and it came with dirty rice. Both were very flavorful and the chicken was moist
