Great Maple - Newport Beach

Came on here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and decided to try this place. It's awesome! Food is amazing! I had the spicy friend chicken sandwich and the Mrs had the prime rib dip. Both were excellent and we will definitely be coming back! Alastair was our server and was great! Very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on what to get. Highly recommend!

Getting in definitely takes time, so make sure to make reservations in advance. I came by recommendation for the French Toast Logs and was completely blown away by the dish. The bread was nice and crispy on the outside but so soft, moist, and sweet on the inside. The bacon was a great compliment to the toast, and the blueberries hmgave a nice touch to this dish as well. The staff was very nice and were never far away when needed. Would highly recommend this location.

I wasn't expecting much, but was I wrong. Great Maple is so, so delicious! I've been trying out restaurants that serve burgers in an effort to find the perfect burger and Great Maple has the best burger I have every had! I'm not exaggerating. The Steak House burger is superior to everything you've tried.

The food is amazing however, the service is not that great. My dad and I arrived to our table a little bit before my mom and sister joined and nobody came to our table even after they arrived. Another time I came in people left because they hadn't been helped and it was during a slower hour. I think either they need to have more staff on or they need to pay more attention to the bigger picture and who has and hasn't been helped.

My first visit to Great Maple Newport Beach. Been wanting to try it,. Food is tasty, fast service by Katie! Sweet young lady gave us some great suggestions. We’ll be back!
