On the Rocks Bar And Grill

I like this bar... they have some good music, good bar food and a good atmosphere on the PCH. It is real close to a 4 star bar...

Good food, prices ar reasonable for Newport area. And the have very sexy waitress. I recommend sitting on the couches.

Love how kid friendly this place is. The service was excellent, especially Justin. He goes above and beyond to make everyone's experience great. We've been back almost 8 times now.

I don't want to insult it by calling it a dive bar, but that's the takeaway you get from it once you walk inside.

However the food was pretty good actually. Bar staff was really, really good. My traveling companion I started off at a different restaurant for apps and drinks, but left because of service was so poor.

This place is right next to the hotel we were staying at, and look to be where most of the activity was going on in the area (2 days of rain on SoCal made Newport a ghost town).

It's funky, it's fun, and the staff is pretty darn good. I'd come here again even if it was just for drinks...
