Great spot for drinks, sushi, people watching and view of the marina. Enjoyed unrushed drinks on the first level on the marina deck. Dinner, later on the second level but also with a marina view, was excellent- both their signature dishes as well as a special
Best (only) upscale sushi you can have in the area. Nice location & good service.
Three biggest gripes about this place is quality of food, place setting, and table service. The restaurant really wants to be upscale but it's not, it seriously lacks the refinements to be. Quality of food is subpar, sushi isn't good. Many sushi restaurants make it so much better. Place setting and table service etiquette is somewhere between pub and diner. You really expect more considering the reputation and price. If you've eaten at real restaurants you'd know what mean, if you've only eaten fast food then this place isn't an issue except the price. Location is nice but that's it.
I have . been many Nobu's around the world and this on stacks up with the best. First it is set in a very hip Lido Village overlooking the Marina. When you walk in there is a bar on the first floor with a DJ an outdoor seating. Its open seating on this level an great for drink but also has full menu available. Upstairs is the sushi bar and dining room which also has outdoor seating. We sat at the sushi bar where you get to order directly from the chefs and you can watch them make the sushi. Overall it was a great experience and up to the typical Nobu standards.
We had a great experience here last night. The servers were very attentive (although it wasn’t that busy) and the food was really good. It’s not quite as good as Bluefin but they have a bigger menu with more variety. It’s a great place to go if you’re looking for fresh sushi.
