We had a spectacular experience at the Chef’s Table last night. The food was superb, the staff was attentive and made us all feel welcome. The five star dining experience we wanted and needed in OC.
Chef Zach is highly talented, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. We learned that the menu changes weekly, which showcases the chef’s brilliant creative expression. In addition, the food is sourced from a curated collection of local farmers, and even some of the wine pairings we enjoyed were limited edition in the US.
Highly recommend this experience! We can not wait to return.
This is our second time dining at the Chef's Table at Bello. We had another fun-filled dining experience, which consisted of a 12-course meal with wine pairing. Each dish was beautifully presented with fresh, seasonal ingredients and layers of flavor to complement the main ingredient. The wine pairings also complemented each dish. Chef Zach did an excellent job using creative techniques to enhance flavors and showcase the ingredients. I highly recommend this dining experience for those who appreciate fine dining, meticulous attention to detail and are excited about trying new ingredients, new preparations and unique flavors.
Chef Zach is a genius and his food is phenomenal! This restaurant is a must if you've never been. And make sure to book a spot at Chefs Table as well as the dishes that come out of there are outta this world!!
Best fine dining experience in OC! Zach is an incredibly talented chef who creates an unique, seasonal inspired 12 course menu with pairing wines and changes it every single week. He puts so much effort in it, drives to specific farmers markets only and picks the best ingredients he can find.
We love Bello Chef’s Table and joined multiple times already. Each time Zach comes up with dishes out of the box and surprises us with his creativity, passion and skills. His menus are outstanding and the whole event a memorable experience you would only find in Michelin starred restaurants.
I've been to the Chef's Table at Bello three times now. Every time is better than the last. Chef Zach has an incredible way of blending concepts that are new and innovative with comforting and familiar tastes. I'm still thinking about the spring onion tartlet that was served last time I was there! So good.
The wine pairing with the dinner is also very well thought out. Each dish is paired well with a wine that helps to enhance or balance its flavors. I can't wait to go back and see what is in store for us next time!
