Felix Continental Cafe

We’ve gone to Felix for years for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We practically ordered everything in the menu. I always order the pork with rice and bean, I always ask them to make my pork extra crispy which they always accommodate my request. I also like the spinach cream omelette with rice and beans. Paella is also tasty. Tres leches is a must!

Best Caribbean food in SD!! If you think otherwise inform me. I've had everything from the oxtail, goat to chicken and they never disappoint. Granted some comes off the bone better than others some days. They get busy so I'm guessing the rush is the difference. Better to call ahead and place an order if you don't have time to wait.

As a Cuban growing up in Miami Felix continental cafe is probably the closest you can get to an authentic Cuban experience. I have searched in the area for several months now this has been the 1st place that I would consider the closest to a Miami traditional Cuban experience. I highly recommend their croquettas I think that they have a very homemade handmade feel to them that distinctively reminds me of home.

I had the Paella Valenciana, the flavor was great. You can easily get two to three meals from the amount they serve. I also had Cuban coffee and the flavor was amazing. Highly recommend. Parking is hard to come by in the circle, so be prepared to drive and search for parking.

The Felix Continental Cafe was absolutely fantastic, the Felix Continental Cafe was delicious and the wings were the best I have ever had. This traditional Caribbean restaurant has an open kitchen where you can watch the owner/chef prepare each dish with care. Definitely going back. Its a short walk from Orange.
