I was skeptical when I walked in but I actually like their format of 2 or 3 smaller burgers so you can try others out. I did 3 and the aged beef was the best...and I got the waygu as well. The falafel one was good too. Their fries are like thick potato chips which are interesting and their onion rings are really good...crunchy like it should be. Well worth the visit.

I was impressed with the amount of customization you can do with a burger they have so many options so many types of beef so many types of buns and fries, it's unbelievable!! a side of all this the food tasted amazing it was really good and the price I can say it was very affordable, especially for the amount you're getting and how much you're allowed to customize it's a no-brainer to come here and have some good food.

Been here twice and both times had a great meal. Getting a handle on how the menu works can be tricky but worth it. They also have a great selection of local craft beer.

My Godmother and I came here on Tuesday around 12. We waited for our food for 30 minutes until looking around and noticing that the people before and after us had already gotten their food... so my Godmother politely asked the person who worked there when our food would be coming out, she then looked at our number on the table and then went to the kitchen and apparently it hadn't been made because we heard the cook in the back yelling that they didn't have the order and it was never cooked. The manager came over and apologized and said it would be right out and that they were cooking it. (I should also add the fact that we ordered one combo, since I wasn't very hungry and so we were going to just share... so it wasn't like we ordered a lot of food or anything.) 15 minutes later our food was still not at our table, and we had to leave to go to my Godmothers appointment she had at 1, which she had told the woman that worked there after asking when our food would be coming out, and we ended up having to leave and she had to just ask for a refund because we were already late for her appointment. So we basically came here just to stand in a long line and sit and wait for food that never came out. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to eating here and trying the food, but will never be coming back again.

Update: I decided to give this place another try and this time we actually got our food and it came out pretty quick... and it was delicious. So now I am changing the 1 star to 5 stars.

Good food. Service okay, The staff isn't very social and always seem scared to talk freely. Socially awkward. But the food is really good. I just order and enjoy my food
