Awesome food, you get your money's worth. The Duke sandwich is amazing.
The best drunk food you can ask for! The lines get pretty busy at night, but it's definitely worth the wait.
MUST TRY: Brew Hawg BBQ!!
Had the Duke special sandwich plate. Texas toast melted muenster cheese, mac & cheese and choice of meat (pulled pork, for me).Delicious! Choice of one side ( I choose baked beans, very good) But for $11.75, too expensive or should offer 2 sides. Server disappeared in the back even though the were 2 tables of guests. Not very friendly.
It was a very hot Memorial Day on the road to Lake Elsinore so we decided to pull into a rest stop & get a sweet treat to cool down. All of the staff greeted us with a smile as we walked in. This place doesn't seem busy but the staff drops everything to take their time to acknowledge everyone. One person was cleaning tables & one person was mopping the wet floor from a mess that the previous customer had made at the soft drink machine. I like stops that are clean & well kept!
I wasn't hungry but decided to order more just to support this place. I ordered 3 Oreo Milkshake & a 3 Tacos for $3 which also came with a Soft Drink. Its fast food on the road so it is what it is. The Tacos were super oily & crunch but is pretty tasty & addictive. I wouldn't eat this everyday though! The milkshake was not bad. Tasted exactly like Oreo Cookies with Vanilla soft serve.
Glad this place is around. The food is creative and delicious, staff is friendly. The owner/chef is a character, but friendly. Highly recommend this place. Only downside is that it's a small place with only a couple of tables. A must try!
