    THEY'RE OPEN!!! I couldn't stop thinking about their sandwiches since I had one months ago at a party. The Vietnamese sandwiches are a great nearby option to traditional sub sandwiches. The wait did not disappoint. I ordered the grilled pork sandwich on a baguette, it's the perfect sweet/savory combination with the right amount of heat from the fresh jalapenos.
    The fresh breads are amazing, especially the croissants. The coffee will knock your socks off if you're looking for some energy.
    Expect to have a little patience as they get their feet wet. Not all menu items are available currently and the staff is still training, but even under high pressure, they were sweet and courteous.
    Can't wait to be a regular there!
