It's a great place to eat but the shakes are little too damn thick because they forget to add milk so it turns out so thick that you have to wait a few hours even get out of the way I got meds for the old fashioned shakes

First time. Needed a quick close spot past 11pm while I was on break that had vegan options. Went through the drive through. I got the tacos which are surprisingly made with soy meat so that was really nice to know. Just make sure you ask for it without the cheese and I'm not sure if the sauce is vegan so I had it without. Curly fries were grrrrreat! May be more vegan options, I'm just not sure.

Everything was great great except for the curly fries, they were warm but hard like if they had been there for too long

This is the best Jack in the Box! I primarily go through the drive-thru. I always bother them to stir up their iced coffee before serving it to me because the sugar settles to the bottom. They happily ablidge. The food is always fresh, and they are happy to make substitutions. They make sure you verify that your order is correct on the screen before proceeding to pay. One time they gave me expired croutons and when I brought it back they profusely apologized and gave me something free. What's more, I feel like the manager actually cared. She made sure to pull all the other salad to check for the date, and she thanked me so much for bringing this to her attention. In deed, the whole box was expired. Fresh food, quick service, well done!
