Nice and fun atmosphere. Steaks are good, but you have to eat them fast because it will keep cooking on the stone plate. The tonkotsu broth is not as rich as traditional broth but it is still very tasty. The eggs in the ramen are perfect.

A newly opened modern Asian restaurant in the area. It was clean and modern. Loved the overall atmosphere.
We tried their personal hotpot (beef), everything was cooked and a little flame was placed underneath to keep things hot. It tasted great and we loved it.
Their shrimp garlic noodle was delicious. It was garlic forward (which we loved) and the noodles were cooked pretty well.
The lava stone steak was fun to try. It came with three steak sources and the presentation was nice. It was not too bad, but would prefer saving up a bit more to enjoy a steak in a steakhouse instead. Same for their mashed potatoes. Go with rice (or fries) for starch would be a safer choice. These were not their specialties.
Next time, we would definitely go for the hotpot (and possibly ramen).

Pros: Boba and Ramen
Cons: Steak and sides

This is not a place for steak and sides. If you want good boba and ramen this is the place but if you want good steaks and sides this is not the place. I know it is a new restaurant, so this is just a heads up to anyone who is expecting a huge steak or good sides we experience day old mash potatoes and wet croutons on our salad. I would definitely recommend this place if you like ramen though, just don’t expect it to look like the picture. Mine came out a little messy but the taste was really good. Once again this is just my experience and this won’t prevent me from giving it another chance after they officially open.

So excited this place finally opened! Took my husband here for his birthday and the food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices are reasonable for today’s times. The hot pot broth was really tasty and they offer free refills. My husband ordered the ribeye on a hot plate and the meat was really flavorful even without the sauces. I got the house special and I’m looking forward to trying the other hot pots, which are big enough to share between 2 people, especially with add-ons and the free refills.
