Cafe Mimosa

I think this place was overrated. Its a cute little restaurant at the end of Del Mar St but the prices are way over priced & the food was just OK. Many other better options in San Clemente. Compared to many other restaurants in town they would not allow pets, not even on the patio.

We were in San Clemente for a week and ate at Mimosa's three times. Friendly staff, good service and so many exciting treats on the menu. Go for the banana bread but only if you have someone to share it with! I loved the tomato soup, a delightful quick lunch with a mango mimosa of course.

Amazing, French-inspired food with fabulous coffee. The ambiance is of a small cafe in France but with friendly staff that smile. All dishes are flavourful and very well balanced. Great place for brunch with a small group of friends.

Great food, friendly staff, and delicious Mimsa's. It's a cozy, clean restaurant that's a little pricey but the food was amazing. The stuff had great personality and were attentive. We had a great time. Thank you!

This place has excellent food, coffee, and ambiance. I met some friends for brunch, and we sat out on the very pleasant patio. My friend, who had been there before, said their Benedict's are especially good. One of the specials that day was a beef Bourguignon Benedict. We all ordered that, and it was very delicious. We could taste the wine in the beef, however we all agreed that it could use a little bit more. We also enjoyed delicious elderberry mimosas as well as big lattes served the traditional French way in a bowl. We were literally there enjoying our meal and visiting for several hours. the staff was very friendly and attentive and didn't seem to mind that we were hanging out so long. I would definitely recommend this place and I would happily return!
