    Great service and great pizza

    Great Pizza. They always have many coupons and deals going on. Lots of friendly staff that give great customer service. I recommend trying the works pizza and the galric parmesan Breadsticks.

    OK, however took forever. Kid working there couldn't give correct information. Was not a good experience. The San Juan Capistrano store closed, so we were not able to get the specials and went ahead and just paid.

    Great Pizza and Great Service. The staff is very friendly and helpful here

    While staying at a local hotel my family placed an online order. I was given a 38-48 min estimate till delivery so after 50 minutes had passed I checked the online tracker to find that it said my pizza was in transit. However, after an additional 5 minutes lapsed (the hotel is only a mile away) I phoned the restaurant. The person who answered stated the pizza was actually still baking but should arrive soon. It ended up arriving 15 min later (so it took 1 hour 15 minutes) from a very friendly and apologetic delivery man. It's dine, we understand -- however I was dissapointed when I saw that my "double pepperoni" only had a small portion of pepperoni (probably about 12 total). Anyway, papa John's is good pizza but just a dissapointting experience .
