Great location. Terrific food. Cappuccinos and lattes, too.
GOOD TO BE BACK ! Gee this little cafe has been one of our fav breakfast / lunch places for many years. But then they changed the coffee beans plus some other things a couple of years ago. The new coffee beans weren't much good so we gave this place a big miss for a couple of years. That was a tough decision because we love Jeff and Anna the husband & wife team who manage the cafe....and do a great job too ! We came back here for lunch yesterday and it was just like old times. The Tuscany coffee is back, the hazelnut syrup is back and the best crepes anywhere are still here....though the varieties available have been considerably reduced. A lovely young server named Kendall took our order for a couple of medium size lattes ...2% non fat milk with hazelnut syrup of course and 2 crepes. The place was quite busy when we arrived and people were streaming in the whole time we were there. Our lattes tasted wonderful just like the first time we had breakfast here almost 10 years ago. The Tuscany coffee makes the difference. Of course our savory crepes tasted outstanding just as we expected. It was lovely to catch up with Anna and the kitchen chef Hoss. Top food, top service and great coffee makes this place hard to beat and you get an OCEAN VIEW too !
We have been coming here regularly for breakfast or brunch for over 7 years because it's great. Fast forward to Jan 25th, 2017 my wife and I had lunch here yesterday for the first time in over 12 months. A lot of changes with new owners, a new interior paint job, an updated menu though crepes still feature, no Hazelnut syrup anymore for our lattes....that's a bit disappointing and finally they'll take cash or credit cards now. Oh and they have added on the space next door. It used to be a t-shirt shop I think so the cafe is a lot bigger inside and there is also more outdoor space too. We think the paint job detracts from the French flavor it had before but hey....the service was still great, our savory crepes were well made by Hoss and his mate Carlos. Our lattes tasty pretty decent though a bit mild....they've changed their roasted coffee bean supplier as well to a roaster from Wisconsin. We met Anna the manager who is Jeff the manager's wife and she is lovely. So don't worry it's still pretty good here. We'll be back !
Wonderful spot! Everything is excellent and you can watch the waves roll in from the patio seating. You should eat breakfast here once a week.
We went two days in a row while on vacation. The food, coffee, service, and location were excellent! They were very kind to our 3 year old son and flexible about him ordering off menu.
