We wanted to send a HUGE shout out to the store manager up in San Clemente for providing such GREAT customer service! My husband and I drove from Carlsbad during this Pandemic for a birthday lunch pick up of the famous Cafe Rio sweet pulled pork burrito and we had two gift cards that we haven't used and while we were there we couldn't get them to work but the Jessie, the store manager, was so kind to explain the situation and to comp our meals until we can call headquarters and figure out what was going on with our gift cards because they were so old. During this time of COVID-19 we keep hearing that we are all in this together and we defiantly felt the customer service we were given and felt that sense of community during these times of uncertainty and will be a LOYAL customer for years to come due to the kindness shown to us.

This is by far the best Cafe Rio I ever been to. I live the vibe, food was incredible, service was approachable, and I love the moment when stuff signed song together behind the counter! We will be back ????

The restaurant is clean and modern with art and decorations showcasing healthy, fresh food. The meal choices are great. The server that built our order was very friendly and super efficient. There was a problem with our order where the wrong product was added to one of the burritos and the chips weren't added to our order. The management team was quick to correct the problem and gave us a gift certificate to come back. Overall the the food and experience was good.
