Starbucks

My Dragon Drink was perfect and batista a sweetheart. When you see 10 to 15 cars in front of you, you kind of freak but sit back listen to some music, check on your IG friends and before you know it you're picking up your order....15 minutes.

Very busy but staff were working very fast to get all orders out. Doing their best under very trying circumstances.

HUGE shoutout to the Starbucks on Avenida Pico for always doing such a wonderful job & having the best customer service!

Tonight I went to this Starbucks in particular and the tea bags burst in my drink. I gave them a call just see if it was still okay to drink it. They told me to just come back & they will take care of me. keep in mind they were already closed and willing to stay open until I got there to pick up my new drink. Not only did they remake my drink but gave me three free tea bags, honey, empty Starbucks cups, and a croissant! I know those are very little things but it was very thoughtful & they apologize. I appreciate this so much. I will continue to be a loyal customer there.

I love coming here if not for the sol reason that the people that work here are amazing. It won’t matter what how early you come , their attitudes and personalities really make your day and wake you up more than the coffee, which is always fresh I might add which is also, amazing. I love my mozzarella flat bread in the morning which they always have , also really good if you want something tasty that won’t upset your stomach. 10 outa 10 would always come back again . By the way, love the kids temp option so I can drink any latte I get as soon as I get it because come on, those things are like heaven.

Typical Starbucks. Nothing new, except the store! The Inclusion storage is neat!

Out of CBIC when I was there...next to a school and summer in San Clemente... think they’d prepare for that.

There was a woman with a blonde ponytail, getting very “bossy” around her coworkers and complaining loudly about not getting a break. She was destroying the calm vibes.

They were screaming disingenuous “hellos” to people, not one person looked up to make Eye contact. Although I really liked when the barista announced she was starting my beverage. I like that!! Good idea!!

I believe the shift on duty, the coffee master, was a man and seemed very calm and just going with the flow, but that other barista, was stepping on his toes a lot.

Also the lobby was destroyed and they swept near the ovens 5 times. But that’s nothing new at Starbucks. Lol
