Bad to the Bone BBQ

Brisket and Mac n Cheese delicious! Stay away from hush puppies, beef ribs good but not great. Also, wanted more Brisket for table but since you have to stand in line to order no way to order extra food unless you want to stand in line again and let your food get cold. That is a definite negative for me.

The most authentic BBQ we've ever had in OC! The meat is tender and spot on. The ribs are fall off the bone with perfect over the wood smoked taste. All wood smoker. The sides are large and share too. So much on the menu for good BBQ options from plates to sandwiches and more. They also have fish items and great dessert. Oh they're Togo and you can even take ribs and more to cook at home already seasoned. Date night fun with at the bar with 25 beers on tap or chill for a family dinner in the origin dining area of 14 years ago. Love it!

Great barbeque restaurant with several amazing choices. Friendly local restaurant with nice casual sports bar atmosphere on one side. Outside patio dining also available. Seriously delicious food and nice selection of beers. Friendly staff and a favorite place for locals. Many people will just come in for take out orders, too. Never had a bad experience here.

Favorites: beef ribs, baby back ribs, straw fries, pulled pork sandwiches, excellent to-go service. Great beer selection. Update: Monday night at the take out counter the ribs were dry. Update: They just served the best beef brisket ever!

Usually better.
We had our Christmas party here. The private room is great with a large bar and separate restrooms. A great venue. But I come here quite a bit and the baby backs and brisket were not nearly as good as usual. Typically this place is one of my favorites and I'll be back again and hopefully will be able to update this review. One other note. If you like big dark beers like porters or Scottish ales you'll be sorely disappointed.
