In-N-Out Burger

This location open recently. I've been in 3 or 4 times with family. The place is kept clean and the staff is amazing. I engaged with 4 different employees today and they were are genuinely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Store #399 is the most beautiful and unique IN-N-OUT yet. They have hitching posts in the front for locals who have horses and want to ride over to get the world's best burger. They also have a little wooden bridge that takes you right to the Los Rios District and The Mission in downtown San Juan Capistrano. If you haven't been here yet, you must put it on your list to come visit.

We were so excited to try the brand new In-n-out burger and brought all the kids for a treat! The parking lot was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly from the moment we entered the building. Our order was placed easily and without error and our food came quickly! Everything was perfect! The best part of our dining experience was that we were having a difficult time with some of our kids and even spilled a drink, and Tamara came over and gave my husband and me some reassuring words and really made our day with her kindness. She is such a gem and her patience and grace really meant a lot to us today! We are grateful for such a family friendly business in our area and will definitely be back!

In-N-Out Burger finally made it to SJC!
The menu's simplicity, with a focus on quality ingredients, stands out. The commitment to using fresh, never-frozen ingredients adds to the overall appeal. The limited menu options contribute to efficiency, ensuring a quick and satisfying dining experience. Huge shout out to Carol, she was very friendly! Let’s hope this location stays nice and clean!
