    Mary is very personable and knowledgeable about nutrition, she asks a lot of lifestyle questions before making product recommendations. The strawberry cheesecake shake is a great place to start, it tastes amazing and helped me avoid that afternoon coffee that I usually have. Thanks so much, I will be back!

    Absolutely love everything about this place. Promotes health and wellness and there are great resources for people who want to get back on track. Welcoming environment and great product. Mary is helpful and knows what she is doing. There are several different options here including boosted teas, protein coffee and collagen beauty boosters. My favorite is to get a meal combo. It includes an aloe shot, energy tea, protein shake. My favorite flavor is nutter butter but can’t go wrong with Dulce de Leche or Elvis. MUST TRY!!
