(April 15, 2022, 1:20 am)Just before their grand opening, we came in for drinks and appetizers. The raw oysters were delightfully saline and the pomegranate mignonette was perfectly balanced. The Shishito peppers with yuzu & black garlic vinaigrette were nicely roasted and the smoked salmon added just the right amount of salt. The setting is outdoors on a patio with a rooftop view of the old basilica of San Juan Capistrano and the distant mountains. Cole, the bartender, took great care of us. Will definitely be back.
